BPoint Security was recommended to us by our neighbours after there had been a burglary in our street. Our existing security alarm system was outdated and we decided we needed to upgrade with a more efficient and reliable system. We contacted BPoint and explained our situation. An appointment was made for the following day and we were given excellent advice and a good quote. BPoint’s technical staff are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Our new system has now been installed and we are very happy indeed. We were impressed by their work ethic, the fact that everything was cleaned up before leaving and very clear instructions. We highly recommend PBoint to anyone needing security assistance and advice.

The BPoint team is the only who came to our place to give the quote. They were excellent at explaining the key elements of securing our house, while understanding our needs and our budget, and sending us quotes aligned with what we wanted.The planning of the installation also went very smoothly, and the team was reliable and informed us they were running 30 min late (when I think of tradies who don't show up... Recently I needed some help to change the code on our alarm in our office. I followed the instructions but because of the age of the device, it didn't work. I called Isaac who had not been the installer 22 years ago and he went out of his way to obtain installer codes and other relevant information. He spent as long as was required to achieve the desired end He made phone calls for information and assistance. He was good natured and very helpful. He is conscientious and professional. That is what we ask and that is what he delivers .Previously. Our cars were vandalized in front of our home recently. Naturally we began to feel somewhat insecure and we decided to have a security system installed. We sought a number of quotes from various contractors. Most said that it was difficult to arrive at a figure because they were not sure how much work was involved. Others were prohibitively expensive or did not bother. B Point provided a figure and guaranteed that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. Isaac proceeded to work and kept us involved continually while making every effort to hide all cables so as not to disturb our newly painted external walls. Any conduits were hidden. He chose appropiate equitment and gave us his opinion as to what was necessary and what was not even at his own personal cost. He was reliable, professional and personable. Service as it should be.
