My partner arranged for the install/upgrade of our home security system and my observations were they were incredibly professional from end to end. The installers were polite, courteous (offering to take their shoes off to move around the home), thorough and even proactively offered to cleanup some wiring issues we had with a previous job where the electrician couldn't be bothered to wire in our internet cable through a cabinet. I was very impressed and couldn't recommend these folks more! Infact, the recommended active alarm worked so well over the recent long weekend when a trespasser came into our backyard and tried to come through our backdoor... we have asked them to add some more security around our home. Well done folks, it is hard to find reliable, professional businesses that really go above and beyond your expectations.

Recently I needed some help to change the code on our alarm in our office. I followed the instructions but because of the age of the device, it didn't work. I called Isaac who had not been the installer 22 years ago and he went out of his way to obtain installer codes and other relevant information. He spent as long as was required to achieve the desired end He made phone calls for information and assistance. He was good natured and very helpful. He is conscientious and professional. That is what we ask and that is what he delivers .Previously. Our cars were vandalized in front of our home recently. Naturally we began to feel somewhat insecure and we decided to have a security system installed. We sought a number of quotes from various contractors. Most said that it was difficult to arrive at a figure because they were not sure how much work was involved. Others were prohibitively expensive or did not bother. B Point provided a figure and guaranteed that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. Isaac proceeded to work and kept us involved continually while making every effort to hide all cables so as not to disturb our newly painted external walls. Any conduits were hidden. He chose appropiate equitment and gave us his opinion as to what was necessary and what was not even at his own personal cost. He was reliable, professional and personable. Service as it should be.
